Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support - Trainer to join our team. As a Customer Support - Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our clients on our software products. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Content: Create SOPs, training manuals, learning modules, and courses tailored to products, services, and customer support procedures.
- Deliver Training: Train new and existing agents, customer service best practices, and compliance standards.
- Manage LMS: Upload and track training content in the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all agents have access to the materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from agents and managers to refine training programs and ensure they stay current trends and product updates.
- Monitor Performance: Assess the effectiveness of training through quizzes and feedback, and make improvements based on performance data.
- Collaborate: Work with product, compliance, and support teams to align training with business needs and developments.
