Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to crypto trading, accounts, and transactions.
  • Assist customers in navigating our platform, explaining basic crypto concepts, and addressing technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify common customer challenges and suggest improvements to the user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues.
  • Provide product feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve services.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and crypto trading concepts (preferred).
  • Previous customer support experience, ideally in the crypto or financial services industry (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
