This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency while assisting customers with their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish- and English-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to crypto trading, accounts, and transactions.
- Assist customers in navigating our platform, explaining basic crypto concepts, and addressing technical issues.
- Collaborate with the team to identify common customer challenges and suggest improvements to the user experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues.
- Provide product feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve services.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and crypto trading concepts (preferred).
- Previous customer support experience, ideally in the crypto or financial services industry (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
