Biovac is looking for passionate, high-performing graduates to join our BioGRAD Programme a 2-year journey designed to fast-track you into becoming an expert in the vaccine development and manufacturing industry.

The Challenge We're Tackling: We are building critical skills for leadership succession in the Biopharma sector, ensuring that the next generation is ready to lead our operations and contribute to the global fight against infectious diseases.

What You'll Gain: We are offering a fully sponsored 24-month programme, with:

• One-on-one mentorship from industry leaders
• Rotational exposure to our aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
• On-the-job training (OJT) across various departments
