The Job

• Leadership: Ability to lead, inspire, and command respect from the team. Ensure agents listen to and follow directions.

• Administrative Expertise: Maintain discipline and enforce SOPs without tolerance for deviations. Manage daily operations efficiently.

• Training and Coaching: Provide guidance in struggling areas such as sales techniques, communication, pre-screening, quality management, and product knowledge.

The Ideal Candidate

• Sales agents from competitors who have leadership potential but lack growth opportunities in their current organization.

• Team leaders or supervisors of sales promoters in OEM companies (e.g., Mobile Phones).

• Branch managers from leading fast-food chains (not coffee shops) with experience managing teams in structured environments.
