The Job
- Responsible in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding:
- Source and screen candidates
- Conduct Exam, Initial Interview and endorsement of candidate to Hiring Manager
- Negotiation and Job Offer
- Issuance of training agreements and employment contracts
- Facilitate HR Orientation
- Acts as Company advocate to identify sources of candidates by initiating and maintaining relationship with outside sources such as employment agencies, job fair sponsor, schools and colleges, or through other recruitment sourcing channels.
- Maintains an applicant tracking system and ensures timely recruitment report
- Manage pre-employment requirements and 201 files
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
The Ideal Candidate
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Required language (s): English, Filipino
- At least 6 months of working experience in volume, executive and technical hiring, preferably in the BPO/Fintech industry
- Required Skill (s): Recruitment, Sourcing, HR Business Partnering,
- Business Writing, Public Speaking, Marketing
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to work in Kalaw, Manila and Makati
