The Role
BillEase is looking for an experienced HR Leader to manage the human resources for our tech team in Vietnam. This role is all about recruiting top talent, building a strong team, and handling HR admin tasks. HR experience is essential, having a background in fintech is a big plus.
Recruitment:
Create and run effective hiring operations to attract and hire the best tech talent.
Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding.
Build our employer brand on the tech scene of Vietnam to attract quality candidates.
Team building:
Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.
Plan and run team-building activities to boost team morale and engagement.
Help to maintain good team dynamics, where collaboration is seamless, communication is transparent and effective.
Conflict resolution.
HR administration:
Handle HR admin tasks, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws.
Keep employee records and HR databases accurate and up-to-date.
The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree
Proven HR experience, especially in recruitment and team building.
Experience in fintech is a big plus.
Good understanding of HR practices and local labor laws in Vietnam.
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to work independently.
Experience in setting up recruitment operations from scratch is a plus
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
