The Role

BillEase is looking for an experienced HR Leader to manage the human resources for our tech team in Vietnam. This role is all about recruiting top talent, building a strong team, and handling HR admin tasks. HR experience is essential, having a background in fintech is a big plus.

Recruitment:

  • Create and run effective hiring operations to attract and hire the best tech talent.

  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding.

  • Build our employer brand on the tech scene of Vietnam to attract quality candidates.

Team building:

  • Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.

  • Plan and run team-building activities to boost team morale and engagement.

  • Help to maintain good team dynamics, where collaboration is seamless, communication is transparent and effective.

  • Conflict resolution.

HR administration:

  • Handle HR admin tasks, including payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws.

  • Keep employee records and HR databases accurate and up-to-date.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Proven HR experience, especially in recruitment and team building.

  • Experience in fintech is a big plus.

  • Good understanding of HR practices and local labor laws in Vietnam.

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Experience in setting up recruitment operations from scratch is a plus

  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
