The Job

• Contacts delinquent customers to discuss account status.
• Inform and assess the customer's story and suggest a beneficial solution.
• Follow up on customers payment promises of past due payment.
• Conduct field visits to uncontactable or unresponsive customers.
• Perform skip tracing and other collections strategies.
• Identify and escalate uncooperative customers to Legal.

The Ideal Candidate

• You live in Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur, or nearby towns
• Must have a valid Driver's License and know how to operate a motorcycle
• Collection experience is required
• Computer literate
