The Job
We're looking for a dynamic Campaign Manager to join our Manila-based team in a hybrid work setting, aiming to bridge the gap between our innovative solutions and the customers who need them.
As our Campaign Manager, you'll dive deep into the heart of our marketing operations, steering the direction of our direct-to-consumer campaigns across various platforms.
Your day-to-day will be a blend of creativity, analytics, and strategy, focusing on:
- Performance monitoring - keep a keen eye on our campaigns, understanding the intricacies of our customer base and the results of our efforts.
- Strategic segmentation & analysis - slice and dice data to understand customer behaviors and preferences, shaping campaigns that speak directly to their needs.
- Creative campaign design - conceptualize and design marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience, setting the stage for engaging experiences.
- Cross-channel campaign management - launch and oversee campaigns through a mix of channels, from in-app messages and emails to social media blasts and beyond.
- Content design - guide development of content for direct-to-customer campaigns, ensuring that those are delivering key messages and tailored to generate interest.
- Martech coordination - work hand-in-hand with tech teams to develop and refine marketing technologies that support our ambitious campaign goals
- Impactful analysis - regularly evaluate campaign performance, ready to pivot and adjust strategies or operational setup as needed for maximum impact.
- Calendar ownership - manage our campaign calendar with precision, ensuring a steady flow of engaging content to our audience.
The Ideal Candidate
Must haves we're looking for:
- Hard skills in analytics or content design. Preferred practical experience in ecomm, ride hailing, fintech.
- Proven expertise in creating compelling campaign content, including copywriting, visual briefs, and audience-relevant messaging. Experience with design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Proven experience of analyzing campaigns performance data, generate insights, segmentation, and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Ability to design, plan, and coordinate execution campaigns end-to-end across multi-channels (email, push, in-app, viber etc). Experience with marketing automation platforms like MoEngage, HubSpot, or similar will be a big plus
- Ability to intuitively interpret campaign metrics, KPIs, and user insights. Must be comfortable navigating concept of A/B testing and optimization techniques to drive better outcomes
