The Job

  • Visit POS locations daily to maintain strong relationships with BillEase merchant partner stores to address their inquiries promptly and discuss any promos or any improvements of the products of BillEase

  • Oversee and ensure the quality of sales performance of assigned Sales Associates in their area

  • Identify sales initiatives to drive sales of their team and to enhance standards of execution of these initiative\

  • Efficiently control and manage Sales Associates

  • Implement risk control measures to prevent fraud.

  • Oversee the hiring and training of Sales Associates (SA), ensuring they acquire necessary skills and sales techniques.

  • Plan shifts for Sales Associates, ensuring maximum staffing during weekends and peak seasons.

  • Ensure Sales Associates comply with company regulations while working at BillEase merchant partner stores

  • Conduct regular meetings with Sales Associates.

  • Manage the supply of BillEase in store collaterals for distribution to merchant partner stores
    Prepare regular tracking sales reports and analyzing daily, weekly and monthly team data.


The Ideal Candidate

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years in sales, customer service, or a similar role, with 1 year sales leadership experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Understanding of local market trends and business practices.

  • Familiarity with relevant tools and software.

  • Ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.

  • Commitment to ethical behavior and integrity in leadership roles.
