The Job

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret workforce data, including attendance, performance, and productivity metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports on key workforce metrics such as headcount, absenteeism, turnover, and overtime.
• Provide regular insights to leadership and HR teams, offering recommendations for process improvement.
  
  

Collaboration and Support:

• Work with HR, operations, and management teams to support workforce-related decisions and resolve any scheduling or staffing issues.
• Assist management with any workforce-related issues that may arise, providing data-driven solutions.
  
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement related to workforce management, suggesting solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate workforce management tools and make recommendations for system improvements or upgrades.

Internal:

Closely coordinate with HR and other departments (as needed) to carry out the following tasks:

• Update staffing summary, organizational chart, and related sheets.
• Update the HR Masterlist and Employee List.
• Enroll new hires in Sprout.
• Manage attendance timekeeping, including payroll and incentives aspects.
• Update employees' leaves upon endorsement to probationary or regular status.
• Provide necessary data requested by other departments.
