The Job

• Getting fraud suspicious signals from Analytical team / AI.

• Deep dive and Investigation of fraud suspicious cases: hear the calls, manually check the applications and customer details, close cooperation and give feedback to the analytical team .

• Collecting information for Black and Fraud list and its update.

• Support of Mystery Shopping processes, training of Sales Agents and other department to enhance the risk culture in the organization

• Reporting

The Ideal Candidate

• Deep knowledge of the lending processes e-2-e. Excel and knowledge of SQL as a plus.

• An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• 2-5 years of experience in risk management analysis (preferably in retail credit risk, anti-fraud, manual verification/UW, financial services, collection agencies etc.)

• Deep knowledge of the Anti-fraud area: KYC, identifying of fraud suspicious behavior, cooperation with other departments to extend the risk management culture

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Priority given to Math and Physics

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
