The Job

• Fraud clustering, constant analysis of portfolio to identify weird patterns, customer / merchant behavior, new fraud schemes etc.

• Support of Concentration and Velocity analysis (customer, merchants, SAs etc.).

• Black and Fraud lists business ownership (approach, rules etc.).

• KYC tool e-2-e ownership (cooperation with vendor, settings, cut-offs setup and review etc.).

• Getting signals from Collection / AI, its analysis and further decisions.

• Support e-2-e processes of Mystery Shopping, Welcome Call results and EWS

• Reporting (suspicious cases, fraud/fraud prevention ratio, concentrations, velocities etc.)

The Ideal Candidate

• Proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of SQL for data mining and analysis. Python for data analysis as a plus.

• An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• 5+ (1-3 for junior) years of experience in risk management analysis (preferably in retail credit risk, anti-fraud, financial services, collection agencies etc.).

• Deep knowledge of the Anti-fraud area: KYC, identifying of fraud suspicious behavior, cooperation with other departments to extend the risk management culture

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Priority given to Math and Physics

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
