The Job

The New Accounts Specialist will be working with our credit management team. This is a key function for the group. You will be managing our New Accounts Specialist portfolio and have the ability to further develop your functional expertise.

  • Strives to achieve new customer acquisition targets within an identified/assigned territory/segment through direct contact.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by engaging the customer and discussing product (terms, repayment, penalties, etc) details.

  • Contributes to strategic planning and implementation on marketing and sales efforts to best achieve set targets.

  • Meet the target number of applications/loan amount.

  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly new customer acquisition targets.

  • Explore and penetrate new markets.

  • Answer customer queries and understand their situations.

  • Efficiently and accurately fills the online application form.

  • Collects, scans and verifies the authenticity of submitted documents/IDs.

  • Contribute to overall branch operations.

  • Share marketing and sales ideas to help improve branch performance.

  • Proactively suggest areas for improvements to Branch Manager.

  • Raise customer concerns and gaps in product features.
