The Job

As a Product Associate, you will play a key role in supporting merchants and contributing to the development of merchant-focused products. Your responsibilities will include assisting with merchant account management, compliance tasks, and gathering insights to enhance our product offerings. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and deliver value to our partners.

Your Day-to-Day:

Product Support and Development

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing merchant feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the product team to support the design and testing of new features tailored for merchants.
  • Help create documentation and training materials for newly launched merchant-focused products.

Merchant Support and Administration

  • Collect and organize merchant information for account setup and compliance checks.
  • Perform basic Know Your Business (KYB) reviews and ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
  • Address merchant concerns related to accounts, payouts, settlements, and dashboards.

Collaboration and Feedback

  • Communicate service updates and new product features effectively to merchants.
  • Partner with marketing, business development, and operations teams to drive merchant satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report merchant feedback to help refine product and service strategies.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least one (1) year of experience in a product, administrative, or support role (preferred but not required).
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for payments and lending products.
