The Job
The Offline Purchasing and Logistics Associate is responsible for handling and managing the end-to-end process of ordering, producing, and distributing in-store collaterals and giveaways for BillEase merchant partners and stores. The role ensures that all materials are delivered on time, inventory is properly managed, and necessary coordination with suppliers is conducted efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Handle orders for offline in-store collaterals and giveaways, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the delivery of in-store collaterals to merchant partners, stores, and other stakeholders, ensuring they are received on schedule.
- Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders, and manage pick-ups, ensuring the timely production and availability of all required materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and track inventory of collaterals, giveaways, and offline team supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Packing & Shipment: Organize and manage the packing and logistics of collaterals, ensuring materials are prepared and shipped accurately.
- Production Oversight: Ensure that the production of in-store materials is completed according to deadlines and required specifications.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on collateral inventory, order statuses, and logistics progress to the offline team and relevant stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a retail or merchandising environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and logistics software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
