We are seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Architect to design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that systems architecture aligns with organizational goals. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead complex solution design initiatives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives.
Define system architecture, integration strategies, and technology stacks.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices.
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools.
Oversee system integration, cloud architecture, and deployment strategies.
Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the solution lifecycle.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation and diagrams.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
Must be currently residing in the United States.
Valid U.S. work authorization.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
Strong expertise in cloud platforms.
Solid understanding of software architecture patterns.
Experience with system integration and enterprise architecture.
Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Familiarity with multiple programming languages.
Experience in designing high-availability and fault-tolerant systems.
Work Environment
