Candidate Referral Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

a. Any individual, except employees directly involved in the recruitment process, may participate in the candidate referral program.

2. Referral Submission:

a. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or by using the designated referral form.

b. Referrals must include accurate and complete information about the referred candidate.

c. Referrals submitted after the candidate has applied through another source will not be eligible.

3. Referral Reward:

a. A referral reward will be provided to the referrer if the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes the designated probationary period.

b. The referral reward amount will be specified in the referral program guidelines and is subject to change at the discretion of BigTalent.

c. Referral rewards are typically paid out in Rand and are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Candidate Eligibility:

a. Referred candidates must be external to the client or BigTalent and must not have been previously referred.

b. The referred candidate must meet the minimum qualifications for the position they are being referred to.

5. Selection Process:

a. The hiring decision for the referred candidate is at the sole discretion of the clients' hiring team.

b. BigTalent is not obligated to provide reasons for non-selection of a referred candidate.

6. Communication:

a. Referrers will be notified of the status of their referral after the referred candidate's application has been reviewed.

7. Modification and Termination:

BigTalent reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

8. Conflict of Interest:

a. Referrers must not have a direct financial or familial relationship with the referred candidate.

9. Compliance:

a. Referrers and referred candidates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Data Privacy:

a. The personal information of the referrer and the referred candidate will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer:

BigTalent reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters concerning the referral program.

By participating in the candidate referral program, referrers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
