2. Your Role in This Partnership

• Transparency: Keep us informed about any other ongoing job applications or recruitment processes to ensure alignment and avoid potential conflicts of interest
• Exclusivity of Roles: If we present an opportunity to you, we require that you do not pursue the same role through other channels, such as direct applications or other recruitment agencies
• Discretion: If we present an opportunity to you, we require that you do not share our client details, job role or specs with other recruiters or anyone in your network
• Prompt Feedback: To streamline the recruitment process, we request timely responses regarding role suitability, interviews, or offer discussions
