Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyse retail and customer data to deliver insights and evaluate marketing performance.
• Create dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive system improvements and support predictive modelling projects.
• Identify opportunities for business growth through in-depth data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

• Degree in a related analytical or commercial field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within marketing or digital agencies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and advanced skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data cleaning, statistics, and modelling techniques.
• Retail industry experience and knowledge of POPIA are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
