UX/UI Designer
Location: Bedfordview, Johannesburg (Hybrid) | Department: Technology & Strategic Implementation

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Own the end-to-end UX process on key features and projects from research and wireframing to prototyping and handoff.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.

  • Design clean, accessible, and responsive UI mockups aligned with brand guidelines and WCAG standards.

  • Create and maintain scalable design systems in collaboration with the broader design and development teams.

  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Development to ensure accurate and efficient implementation.

  • Champion a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

What Youll Bring:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design/prototyping tools.

  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

  • Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, and incorporating user feedback.

  • Experience working with or understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
