Digital Engagement Specialist (Chatter)

Position Summary

Big Bag Ventures is hiring Digital Engagement Specialists to join our high-performance global chat team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing real-time messaging on behalf of high-profile clients on premium content platforms. The objective is to build meaningful fan relationships, drive engagement, and increase monetization through consistent, strategic communication.

This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with fans through direct messaging platforms using brand-aligned tone and persona
• Maintain high levels of responsiveness, accuracy, and message quality
• Execute pre-approved messaging strategies to maximize fan retention and spending
• Adhere to content and compliance guidelines set by platform and management
• Monitor fan behavior and flag potential risks, issues, or monetization opportunities
• Meet or exceed daily performance targets, including response time and revenue metrics
• Collaborate with team leads and QA for continuous improvement and feedback integration

Qualifications

• Excellent written English; second language a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict brand guidelines
• Comfortable with adult-oriented content and platform engagement (non-explicit from your end)
• Previous experience in digital customer service, live chat, or engagement roles preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet
