As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales for our luxury products. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, interacting with high-end clientele and representing our brand with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Understand and communicate product knowledge to customers

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company

- Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to customers

- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards

- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail sales

- Passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle products

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Fluent in Chinese and English, additional language skills are a plus
