Our client is a leading luxury retail brand with a global presence. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our luxury store. You will be a key player in driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service, while also maintaining the brand's image and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and operations

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve targets

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make necessary adjustments to maximize profitability

- Train and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the brand's image

- Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the team

- Ensure the store is properly stocked and visually appealing at all times

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions

- Monitor and manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts

- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Store Manager in the luxury retail industry

- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of luxury brands and fashion trends

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software

- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
