Senior Microsoft Power Platform Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform professional who can sit comfortably with both business leaders and technical teams, someone who enjoys understanding complex business challenges and designing practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
This is more than a development role. You'll become a trusted advisor, leading conversations with clients, shaping solution direction and guiding projects from the first workshop through to successful delivery.

About the role
You'll partner with a diverse range of clients to modernise business processes, improve reporting and unlock better ways of working using the Microsoft ecosystem.
You might be facilitating discovery workshops with executive stakeholders, designing solution architecture, building applications within the Power Platform, mentoring consultants or supporting new business opportunities alongside the leadership team.
You'll have the opportunity to influence both client outcomes and the continued growth of a highly respected consulting practice.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong Microsoft technical capability with genuine consulting experience.
You'll have experience delivering solutions across technologies such as:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power BI
- Microsoft Fabric
- SQL and modern data platforms
- Azure services and Microsoft Entra IDSystems integration and enterprise applications
Just as importantly, you'll know how to ask the right questions, simplify complexity and build confidence with stakeholders at every level of an organisation.
You'll enjoy taking ownership, balancing multiple client engagements and helping less experienced consultants develop their capability along the way.
