As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in devising and executing digital marketing plans while also providing comprehensive reporting and analysis to measure the effectiveness of the strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media, display advertising, and PPC.
- Utilize tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms to execute campaigns effectively.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Manage social media accounts and develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create compelling social media content with the marketing team functions including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Segment email lists based on user behavior and demographics to deliver personalized content.
- Analyze email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to optimize campaigns.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels. Mainly: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube
- Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, leveraging keyword research and audience insights.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital reports with analysis of all digital channels available.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, audience engagement, and website analytics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Provide reports with analysis for e-commerce platforms
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights.
- Attribute revenue and conversions to specific marketing channels and campaigns using multitouch attribution models.
- Calculate ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA) for each marketing channel and campaign,
- identifying opportunities to optimize budget allocation and maximize return on investment.
- Monitor trends in customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to assess the overall health and sustainability of marketing efforts
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across different channels and customer segments.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize messaging, creative assets, targeting criteria, and other campaign elements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-promotion, upselling, and personalized messaging based on customer behavior and preferences.
Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking:
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to benchmark performance against main competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Highlight competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry benchmarks in e-commerce marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
SEO and Website Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor search engine results page rankings, and optimize website content for search engines.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO enhancements and ensure website performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management and reporting.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, and social media management is preferred.
