Required Skills (Must Have and should meet all the below standards for qualifyingto this role)Cisco Confidentialo Knowledge of Enterprise Routing and familiarity with SP L2 and L3VPNServiceso Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco SDWANArchitecture, Components, and Roleso Hands-on experience on Cisco ISR1K/4K, ASR1K and Cat8K platforms[Also vEdge platforms]o Knowledge in Routing: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IPSec, and Switching: STP,HSRP, VRRP, Trunk, EtherChanel, Stack, etco Able to build test setups with SDWAN controllers and routers.o Hands-on experience with SDWAN features like: ZTP, Plug-and-Play, TLOCand Colors, BFD, Different NAT Types, OMP, T-LOC Extension, Overlaytopologies (Hub&Spoke and Mesh), SDWAN QoS and Multicast,Application Aware Routing, Segmentation, Remote Access, Device andFeature Templates, Control and Data Policies.o Good To Know: Multi-Region Fabric, Cloud On-Ramp (IaaS, SaaS, Multi-Cloud), ThousandEyes, IOS-XE Security Features, Security ServicesEdge (SSE)o Knowledge of software programmability (Python/ansible/Rest APIs),Automationo Validate technology design, software releases, and new Cisco technologysolutions for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes o Build customer simulations in test labs to resolve/validate sophisticatedproblems& compatibility issues o Understanding of product-level architecture. Ability to apply Cisco NetworkingDesign standard methodologies in Validation Scenarios.o Write effective test cases and /or scripts based on customer test environmentand requirements.o Raise defects, liaison with Dev engineers, and drive issues resolution.o Review test plans and design changes related to the area of responsibility.o Apply field concepts to system tests. Have a working knowledge of customerdeployments and can map it to the feature o Tackle complex, multi-functional issues that cross many technologies in Coreand Edge Networkingo Create traffic profiles with 3rd party test tools such as Ixia or Spirent.o Create and deliver customer collateral, portals, documentation, andknowledge transfer  o Align with and support company policies and processes and utilize relevanttools to efficiently execute the role and support Professional Services’strategies and goals o Play the role of an individual contributor  Desired Skills (Good to have as a value add to this role)o Creates and reviews project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations,High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Implementation/Change ManagementPlans Education &/ Additional Cortication’so Certifications: Expert & Professional level Cisco certifications like CCIE, andCCNP are highly desired.o Education: Typically requires BSc Computer Science or equivalent.
