Randstad was founded in 1960 and is headquartered in Diemen, the Netherlands.Performance TestingSummary of the RolePerformance testingKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute performance testing strategies and test cases using LoadRunner and other relevant tools.Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand application architecture and performance requirements.Automate performance testing processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.Provide detailed documentation of test processes, results, and findings.Continuously monitor and measure the performance of applications and systems post-deployment.Skills and QualificationsMust-Have15-25 years of experience in performance testing, specifically in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors.Proficiency in LoadRunner for performance testing.Strong experience with automated performance testing tools and frameworks.Nice-to-HaveExperience with additional performance testing tools and methodologies.Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools.Experience in database testing and tuning.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
