This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automation architecture and testing tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to lead projects that drive efficiencies and quality improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automation frameworks to support testing and deployment processes.Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies.Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure effective automation coverage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and integrate automation solutions.Provide hands-on expertise in TOSCA, Selenium, TestNG, and Qtest for testing automation.Lead the automation testing team and mentor junior members.Ensure the reliability and performance of automated tests and systems.Continuously monitor and improve existing automation processes and frameworks.Document automation architectures, testing processes, and results for future reference.Required QualificationsMust-Have15-25 years of experience in automation architecture and testing.Proven expertise in TOSCA, Selenium, TestNG, and Qtest.Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead initiatives.Nice-to-HaveExperience with Agile methodologies.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Certifications in automation testing tools or methodologies.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer competitive pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.
