Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutionswithin the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ITService Management (ITSM), custom scripting, and IT Operations Management (ITOM). Therole involves working closely with stakeholders to enhance business processes and ensureoptimal platform performance.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem,Change, and Request Management.Implement custom scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Business Rules to enhanceServiceNow functionalities.Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, such as Discovery, Event Management,Orchestration, and CMDB.Implement and manage Service Mapping to improve visibility and dependency tracking within ITenvironments.Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, andweb services.Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring system stability and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effectiveServiceNow solutions.Develop and manage ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and service catalogs.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.Strong understanding of ITSM modules and their implementation.Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.Experience with ITOM components, such as Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB.Hands-on experience with Service Mapping and infrastructure dependencies.Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Familiarity with UI customization, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and CAD or higher certification preferred.Primary Skills:ITSMScripting (Javascript or Glide)ITOM (specifically with discovery)CMDBservice mappingNumber of Openings: 2Expected Budget: 20 LPAExperience: 3+Industry: BFSIEmployment Type: FTELocation: Bangalore/Hyderabad/ RemoteShift: ESTTenure: 10-12 monthsL3 Call: No L3 Call Requested
