Summary of the Role

We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Web Design/Development Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship presents an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to enhance their skills in web design and development while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using tools such as Canva, Figma, and Webflow.
• Implement and manage content using CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Utilize Lovable (GenAI) and Generative AI Tools to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative web solutions.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in web design.
• Assist in maintaining and updating existing websites.
• Support the team in various web design and development tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Webflow, and WordPress.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of Generative AI Tools and Lovable (GenAI).
• A strong interest in web design and development.
• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship for 6 months.
• Ability to start the internship between 31st Oct '25 and 5th Dec '25.

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous experience with web development projects.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Stipend: ₹ 15,000 - 25,000 /month.
• Certificate of completion after the internship.
• Letter of recommendation based on performance.

• Job offer upto ₹ 4 LPA post-internship, based on performance.
