Understanding that Discovery phases are critical for establishing a strong rapport with clients and assessing their software development needs is crucial. Identifying the core problem the client aims to address with specific software is vital for effective job execution.

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our Business Analysis team, collaborating with Software Architects to create the user experience and explore the optimal solutions for our clients & partners. Critical and creative thinking skills are essential, alongside the ability to ask the right questions and actively listen to clients' perspectives.

In addition, proficiency in crafting user journey wireframes and specifications, and a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its nuances is imperative.

WE WILL TRUST YOU TO:

• Gather requirements for conceptual projects based on stakeholder guidance.
• Create wireframes to support project documentation and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Identify user journeys and create workflow diagrams to ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation.
• Map the user needs per role and per screen feature
• Help prioritize the MVP/Pilot features
• Develop software requirements specifications and functional specifications to guide the development process.
• Provide comprehensive documentation to stakeholders, detailing project specifications and requirements.
• Analyze existing functionalities from other projects and convincingly advocate for their inclusion in current projects when appropriate.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

YOUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting/client-facing role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client ideas into actionable project requirements.
• Practical experience in creating wireframes using tools like Figma, Axure RP, Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or similar software is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in presenting and advocating for project functionalities.
