What Youll Do:

  • Coordinate Service Technicians: Dispatch and schedule service technicians for installations, repairs, and maintenance across Canada, ensuring efficient and timely service.
  • Optimize Routes: Use your strong knowledge of Canadian geography to plan the best routes for technicians, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and Adjust: Track technician progress throughout the day, adjusting schedules and routes as needed to meet customer demands.
  • Work with Precision: Ensure all service requests are accurately logged and handled in a timely manner using dispatch software.



Requirements

What Youll Bring:

  • 2+ Years of Experience: Previous experience in dispatching or logistics coordination, particularly in service industries.
  • Bilingual Fluency: Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with both English- and French-speaking customers and staff.
  • Geographical Expertise: Strong understanding of Canadian geography to optimize technician dispatch and scheduling.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using dispatch and routing software and able to quickly adapt to new tools and technology.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: A strong focus on customer service, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities efficiently.
