Senior Mobile Fullstack Developer - Colombia or Canada

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Mobile Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both mobile app development and backend technologies. This is a nearshore position, and we are specifically looking for candidates from Canada, Mexico, or South America who can work during PST hours.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Kotlin.
• Design and build backend services using Java to support mobile applications.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, while adhering to best practices.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to resolve application issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Kotlin.
• Proficiency in Android Development (native and cross-platform).
• Solid experience in Backend Development using Java.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX design principles, and best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Firebase) and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a remote, nearshore environment.
