Hybrid Bogotá- Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a vital role in our development team, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, collaborating with quality assurance specialists to validate and verify project deliverables, and actively participating in change management activities. The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing expertise in best practices and industry trends.

• Salary: 2700 USD
• Hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

Requirements

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English, at least B2+
• 2+ years of proven experience as a BA
• Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and software development lifecycles.
• Prior experience in an agile environment is required
• Proficiency in requirement elicitation techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools such as JIRA, and Confluence
• Experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders.
• Technical knowledge of REST API
• Knowledge of SQL scripting preferred but not required
