Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role,
you will lead the technical direction, architecture, and development of web
solutions. You will mentor a team of junior to senior developers, ensuring best
practices are followed and delivering scalable, high-performance applications. As a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. You will manage a squad day to day, from sprint planning to review, ensuring that every task is completed on time.
This role is hybrid office / remote. You must demonstrate successful results while
working away from the office.


Minimum qualifications / experience

Typescript, Node.js, React.js, SQL (any SQL technology, Microsoft SQL is a plus)
and MongoDB
6+ years of experience full stack or equivalent in back-end / front-end
4+ years of experience leading a development team with a proven track record of
delivering projects
3+ year Experience with AWS (SQS, EC2, Fargate, Lambda, RDS)
Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team of developers effectively.
Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable, and secure architectures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to
detail and a head for problem solving.
Capable of mentoring Junior developers
Fluent in English


Additional qualifications / experience

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or 10+ years of experience including 5+
years of experience as a Technical Leader)
C# and Visual Basic
Github Actions
Experience working with international teams
Worked on a high traffic system
Agile / SCRUM


Key Responsibilities

Participate in architecture design and estimation of new projects.
Review developers code as a gate keeper to ensure the code the team ship is
secure, maintainable and scalable
Create new web application and components
Lead sprint ceremonies
Work with multinational teams to accomplish tasks
Expectations
Be available during working hours and communicate availability
Be available to participate in off-hours on-call rotation
Complete task on-time
Escalate issues and delays that cannot be resolved within the squad to the SVP of
Technology.
Find solution to blockers raised by more junior developers in the team Be able to suggest new technologies or tools to improve team efficiency
