We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Support representative. As part of our customer service team, you will be the face of our company and play a fundamental role in customer satisfaction and retention. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each customer receives exceptional service and a positive experience in every interaction.

IMPORTANT:

To fill this position, it is important to keep in mind that you must attend the office twice a month, which is located in the city of Pereira, so the location of the candidates must be close to the city.

Salary: 1200 -1500 USD

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as customer support
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Empathy and active listening skills to understand the client's needs and concerns.
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and customer service software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; A college degree is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
