Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Optimization: Design, implement, and manage marketing automation workflows to enhance the functionality of our platform.
- Integrate automation tools and platforms to streamline user journeys, campaigns, and reward distribution systems.
- Analytics and Insights:
Set up and manage analytics tools to track platform performance, user engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Platform Support and Growth:
Identify automation opportunities and implement strategies to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
Maintain and troubleshoot automation systems, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Autonomy:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with business goals.
Operate independently to identify needs, propose solutions, and execute projects that contribute to overall business success.
- Customer Lifecycle Management:
Develop automated workflows for onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement of members.
Personalize customer experiences based on behavioral and demographic data.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation, analytics, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
Knowledge of scripting or programming for automation (e.g., Python, SQL) is a plus.
- Key Competencies:
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience with gamification or loyalty programs is highly desirable.
Fluency in English (both written and conversational) is required to collaborate effectively with the team.
