Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, data-driven **Inbound Marketing Manager** to lead our efforts in attracting, engaging, and retaining users for USA Buying Group. This role focuses on developing and executing inbound strategies to grow our community of users who earn rewards by selecting deals from our platform, making purchases through our links, and shipping items to our warehouse. Users benefit by inputting tracking numbers to receive quick reimbursements, allowing them to earn miles, points, or cashback. As the Inbound Marketing Manager, you will oversee strategies for new user acquisition, guide the user journey with incentives, manage our social media presence, and work with private buying groups through consultative B2B strategies to expand our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy to attract new users, motivate engagement, and enhance retention within our rewards-based buying group.
- Use targeted inbound strategies to drive awareness and optimize user behavior, including deal selection, purchase, and tracking processes.
- Refine campaigns using data and analytics to measure performance and improve outcomes.
2. User Journey Management
- Map the user journey from awareness to conversion, identifying touchpoints for effective engagement and promotion of rewards and bonuses.
- Create campaigns that encourage users to select deals, make purchases, and input tracking information to maximize earning potential.
3. Social Media Strategy & Content Collaboration
- Develop and manage a social media strategy that drives user acquisition and community engagement.
- Craft compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts that align with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the in-house designer to ensure visual assets align with social media content and platform strategies.
4. B2B Marketing and Partnerships
- Identify and build relationships with private buying groups, positioning USA Buying Group as a valuable rewards platform within their networks.
- Use a consultative B2B approach to establish partnerships that drive user acquisition and expand our platforms presence in shopping portfolios.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Monitor key performance metrics, utilizing data to continuously optimize inbound marketing efforts.
- Report on campaign performance, user engagement, and growth metrics to stakeholders and leadership.
Experience:
- 3+ years in inbound marketing, with a focus on user acquisition, engagement, and customer journey management.
- Proven experience with social media management and B2B consultative sales or partnership development is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inbound marketing techniques, content strategy, and user journey mapping.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) for campaign tracking and user engagement analysis.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills to create user-centered, persuasive messaging.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, with experience overseeing social media initiatives.
