What You'll Do

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of developers and ML engineers.

• Translate moonshot ideas into deliverables that ship on time.

• Own the development roadmap and make sure everyone knows where we're going and why.

• Interface with stakeholders (technical and not-so-technical) without losing your mind.

• Keep quality high and blockers low.

• Jump into code reviews, sprint planning, and the occasional architecture decision.

• Balance speed with sanity.

Who You Are

• You've led Dev teams before successfully.

• Comfortable in AI/ML or technical environments (you dont need to be an ML researcher, but you get it).

• Obsessed with clarity, priorities, and unblocking people.

• Enough technical fluency to earn respect and ask the right questions.

• You can say no without sounding like a jerk and yes without overcommitting.

• Bonus: Youve worked in defense, aerospace, or similarly high-stakes industries.
