Position: HR Manager

Reports To: Site Manager; Dotted line VP of HR

The HR Manager will report directly to the site manager and will be dotted line to the

Head of HR located at HQ. The HR Manager will work with the sites manager and

employees in order to provide all necessary support in the full scope of HR areas.

Responsibilities

Implements HR strategies and initiatives to create structure, HR processes and

metrics to support business goals, company culture and company growth.

Drives key HR initiatives across departments, including staffing, performance

management, Comp and Ben, succession planning, training and development,

rewards & recognition, communication and employee relations.

Maintains in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day

management of employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws governing

employment.

Recruitment and staffing posts positions, interviews candidates, checks

references and processes all pre-employment testing, drafts offer letters, etc.

Manages the on-boarding and new hire orientation programs and assists with

other various employee training programs.

Analyzes training needs to design annual training plan, employee development,

health and safety programs

Handles benefits administration, enrollment and termination administration.

Educates employees regarding company benefits and policies.

Resolves employee relations issues and escalates when appropriate.

Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports

from database.

Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous

improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

Works closely with the sites management, coaches on HR issues and resolves

HR challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in HR, or a related field. PHR certification- preferred.

7+ years of well-rounded HR Generalist hands-on experience with multiple HR

disciplines: compensation and benefits, employee and labor staffing, recruitment,

annual assessments and more.

5+ years of managerial experience

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.

Experience working in global environment is a strong advantage.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to forge trusting and collaborative

relationships.

Strong organizational, consulting and negotiation skills.

Must be service oriented and able to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in

accordance with ever-changing deadlines and priorities.

Can-do and positive approach, resourceful, and independent.

Language Skills

High English level

Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees.

Computer Skills Advanced skills in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Experience working in ERP system
