Referral Terms & Conditions - BestLogic Staffing

These Referral Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the referral program ("Referral Program") offered by BestLogic Staffing ("BestLogic," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Referral Program.

1. Eligibility:
   • To participate in the Referral Program, you must be a registered user of BestLogic Staffing.
   • Referrers must be individuals of legal age in their jurisdiction.
2. Referral Process:
   • Referrers may refer individuals ("Referees") to BestLogic Staffing through the designated referral process provided by BestLogic.
   • Referees must not have previously been registered with BestLogic Staffing.
3. Referral Rewards:
   • Referrers may be eligible to receive a referral reward ("Referral Reward") if the Referee meets the eligibility criteria and is successfully placed in a job position through BestLogic Staffing.
   • The Referral Reward amount and eligibility criteria will be determined by BestLogic and may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.
   • Referral Rewards are typically provided in the form of monetary compensation, gift cards, or other incentives, as determined by BestLogic.
4. Eligibility for Referral Rewards:
   • To be eligible for a Referral Reward, the Referee must:
     • Be successfully placed in a job position through BestLogic Staffing.
     • Complete a specified probationary period, if applicable, in the job position.
   • Referrers may not receive Referral Rewards for Referees who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
5. Payment of Referral Rewards:
   • Referral Rewards will be paid out to eligible Referrers within a reasonable time frame after the Referee meets the eligibility criteria.
   • Payment methods and timing may vary and will be determined by BestLogic.
6. Limitations:
   • Referrers may not refer themselves or individuals who are immediate family members.
   • Referrers may not engage in fraudulent or abusive referral practices, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or providing false information.
   • BestLogic reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee from participating in the Referral Program or withhold Referral Rewards if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Modification or Termination:
   • BestLogic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
   • BestLogic may also modify these Terms or the Referral Reward structure at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform.
8. Governing Law:
   • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Connecticut.
