We are seeking a driven, competitive, and relationship-focused Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing Finance & Accounting division. This is a true full-desk role, where you will take ownership of both business development and recruiting, giving you full control over your success and earnings.

You will be responsible for:

• Building and growing your client portfolio
• Recruiting top-tier finance & accounting professionals
• Managing the full hiring lifecycle
• Driving revenue through strategic partnerships and placements

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Management

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct hire placements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates (behavioral-based)
• Conduct reference checks and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide post-interview feedback
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the system

Sales & Business Development

• Prospect, develop, and close new client relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into active partnerships
• Identify new business through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
• Take detailed job orders and deeply understand client hiring needs
• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates

Account Management & Relationship Building

• Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and networking activities
• Deliver exceptional service to retain and grow existing accounts
• Act as a trusted hiring partner, not just a vendor

Market Expertise & Strategy

• Stay current on finance & accounting hiring trends
• Develop targeted recruiting and sales strategies
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across clients and industries

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/recruiting goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Highly motivated, resilient, and goal-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Education

• Bachelor's degree required
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
