Position: Physical Therapist
Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Type: Full-Time Mode: Direct Placement Pay: $45hr - $70hr (Dependent on experience)

Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join their healthcare team. This is a Direct Placement position with our key healthcare client. To be considered for this role, you must have 2-5 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment techniques, injury prevention, and rehabilitation plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to all medical laws, guidelines, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
  • American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) membership preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and therapeutic decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
