We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on behalf of our client. This role is vital in fostering relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and offer recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Assist customers with order placement, account setup, and billing inquiries.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and company procedures to provide informed responses.
  • Achieve performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate/salary  $17-21/hr
