Your Role
As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in growing BestLogic Staffings business. You will own a position that is varied, stimulating, and challenging on a daily basisdeveloping your interpersonal and commercial skills while directly contributing to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new clients and business opportunities.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and match top talent to open positions within the company.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and manage a portfolio of candidates and clients, both new and existing.
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, networking, passive candidate searches, and applicant tracking systems.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the interview process, extend offers, and close placements.
- Market & Industry Insight: Research and implement best staffing and recruitment practices to align with industry standards and company objectives.
- Contract Management: Develop proposals and negotiate commercial terms and placement agreements.

- Compensation-Commission Draw Salary Structure - You will receive a base salary (the "draw") each pay period, ensuring a guaranteed minimum income level.This draw is later deducted from your earned commissions, meaning your total earnings are driven by the number of successful placements you make.The more placements you make, the higher your earningsthere is no cap on your commission potential.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates successfully.
- Experience with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct sourcing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
