CNC VTL Machinist

Position: CNC VTL Machinist Shift: 1st, | Hours: 7AM - 3PM Type: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement  Pay Scale: $20 - 28hr | Industry: Manufacturing 

Our client is seeking a VTL Machinist with experience in setup, operating, and adjusting CNC VTL machines. Candidates will work on Overhaul and Repair Processes with Training Provided on 1st Shift. 

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Set up and operate CNC VTL Machines. 
• Performs Machine Adjustments and Troubleshoots Controllers / Machines / Processes.
• Works from Blueprint Requirements. 
• Selects Tools and sets Feeds and Speeds. Perform Inspection of Machined Parts using Precision Hand Tools. 
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. 
• Maintains a clean work environment and Shop Floor (Tools, Equipment, Machines, etc.) Re-orders Tools as needed. 

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years of Experience with CNC VTL, CNC Lathe / Turning High School
• Diploma OR GED OR Vocational School Training
