Position Description:
The Continuous Improvement Leader in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is responsible for driving Lean Six Sigma projects and leading teams in the analysis and measurement of business processes to deliver sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness, ultimately increasing customer and employee satisfaction. The Continuous Improvement Leader plays a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Lead and manage Lean Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the achievement of project goals and objectives.
· Build and lead cross-functional teams in the analysis and measurement of business processes, using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
· Provide education and mentoring to employees on Lean principles and techniques.
· Develop and maintain a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, prioritizing based on strategic objectives, impact, and resource availability.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, identify performance metrics, and establish project timelines.
· Facilitate process improvement workshops and training sessions to enhance the organization's understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
· Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
· Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Lean Six Sigma Projects: Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects to identify and implement process improvements across the organization. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), to drive impactful changes.
- Business Process Analysis and Measurement: Lead teams in the analysis and measurement of business processes to identify areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven approaches to measure process performance, identify bottlenecks, and establish baseline metrics for improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, gather data, and implement solutions.
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement process optimization plans to drive operational excellence.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Drive initiatives to improve product and service quality, reducing defects, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Delivery Performance Enhancement: Work closely with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to optimize delivery processes, reduce lead times, and improve on-time delivery performance. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
- Cost Reduction: Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to reduce operational costs while maintaining or improving product and service quality. Analyze cost structures, identify waste, and implement strategies for continuous cost improvement.
Skills and Experiences Required:
· Solid command of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, and tools. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.
· Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading Lean Six Sigma projects in the EMS industry or a related field.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Experience in process optimization, quality management, and cost reduction initiatives.
Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
· Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is highly desirable.

- Knowledge of Microsoft office.

- Ability to read and speak English fluently.
