Position: Registered Nurse
Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd (Flexible) Hours: 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available
Type: Full-Time Mode: Direct Placement Pay: $40hr - $50hr (Dependent on experience)
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their healthcare team. This is a Direct Placement position with our key healthcare client. To be considered for this role, you must have 2-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
- Monitor and operate medical equipment to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, hospital policies, and ethical guidelines.
Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN).
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
