We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Staff Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans.
- Administer physical therapy interventions and deliver continuous patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, goals, and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient progress.
- Stay informed on advancements and research in physical therapy practices.
- Support the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Licensure: Must hold active in-state licensure.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Home Health Experience: 1 year preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and caring skills essential for engaging with patients and families effectively.
