Join the RNNation.com team as a Commission-Based Sales Representative and play a key role in linking job seekers with their dream careers. Your mission will involve reaching out to potential employers, introducing our services, and securing job listing subscriptions. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to directly impact your earnings through your sales achievements.

Responsibilities: Identify and target potential employers and businesses seeking to hire talent. Utilize various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, social media, and networking events, to engage with potential clients. Present and showcase the advantages of our job listing subscriptions to potential employers. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to address employer needs and concerns. Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and leads within our CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing promotions and campaigns. Exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics. Provide regular feedback to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.

Requirements Qualifications:

Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within a commission-based role. Strong passion for job matching and an understanding of recruitment principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in presenting and explaining product features effectively. Self-motivated and determined to achieve and surpass sales objectives. Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills. Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems and online communication tools. Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective time management skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Previous involvement in HR, recruiting, or related fields is advantageous.

Compensation: This role offers 100% commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn based on your sales performance. Your potential earnings are uncapped.

Qualifications:
