Technical Sales Representative, Swiss CNC Tooling

Location: Manchester, Connecticut, with customer travel as required

BestLogic Staffing is recruiting a Technical Sales Representative for client, a supplier of CNC machinery, Swiss tooling, and machine accessories. This role combines hands-on knowledge of Swiss machining with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable tooling and work holding solutions.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers and internal teams on Swiss machining processes, tool holding, work holding, and machine tooling.
• Evaluate customer applications and recommend products that fit their technical requirements.
• Respond to requests for product information and support sales conversations with practical machining knowledge.
• Stay current on Swiss CNC tooling developments, customer needs, and competing products.
• Work closely with customer service and marketing colleagues.
• Represent the business at trade shows as required.

Qualifications

• At least three years of technical sales experience or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least two years of experience with Swiss CNC machinery.
• Swiss machining tooling industry experience preferred; closely related experience will be considered.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with a team.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as required.
